There are many dimensions of wellness (physical, mental, spiritual, and environmental to name a few) and there must be a balance among all of these areas to truly live and enjoy life with content and confidence. Our mission is to facilitate a practice that allows a person to obtain and maintain this harmony by learning the issues that disrupt it. The combination of techniques such as exercise, breathing, diet, and meditation result in a practice that moves mind, body, and energy. We customize our sessions to fit your abilities. Through regular practice, you experience awareness, balance, relaxation, health, wellness, and ultimately peace.

Kimberly Kanouse is a registered Viniyoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance (500 hour), an American College of Sports Medicine certified Health/Fitness Specialist, and certified in Reiki.
