About Us Facilitating Balance Through Movement

Just Move

There are many dimensions of wellness (physical, mental, spiritual, and environmental to name a few) and there must be a balance in and among all of these areas to truly live and enjoy life with contentment and confidence. Our mission is to facilitate a practice that allows a person to obtain and maintain this harmony by learning the issues that disrupt it. By combining various techniques such as exercise, breathing, diet, and meditation into a practice to move your mind, body, and spirit, you achieve life awareness, balance, relaxation, health, wellness, and ultimately peace.

Kimberly Kanouse is a registered Viniyoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance (500 hour), an American College of Sports Medicine certified Health/Fitness Specialist, and certified in Reiki.
